Construction of a new premise for Fliways Couriers in Tauriko, Tauranga. 

An industrial building for Fliways Couriers, comprising steel framed single span portal frames with timber framed offices at front. Challenges included lifting the entire building platform up to accommodate truck loading/unloading while balancing the pavement levels to allow for site access and stormwater design.
